My Classroom
I started teaching in the infant/toddler classroom at Little Beavers Preschool 3 years ago right after I married and moved to Corvallis. I love the children, the families, and my co-teachers that I work with. It is an awesome environment to work in and it is probably one of my favorite jobs I've ever had. I think it is because I have a strong passion for young children and creativity.
Anyways, every year right before school starts we have two days to work on our classrooms and clean and decorate and restock etc.
I love to take pictures of my hard work so I thought I'd post em! Oh and this last week was Baby K's first week at school. So glad he's with me!
These next few pictures are of the toddler room. This is an adjoining room where I teach 4 toddlers for a morning class. I am sad to be away from baby K during this time, but I know he is well taken care of by my co-teachers.
So there you have it. My home away from home... I am there 40 plus hours a week. And just so you know Baby K is enjoying his first week of school, but misses his Nana. Boo hoo....
