Baby K's 2nd Birthday: Sesame Street style
My baby turned 2 today. Along with his twin cousin, Brock. We celebrated in style with a Sesame Street themed birthday at the park. They were both spoiled with trucks, books, trains and more. We asked Baby K what his favorite thing was from his birthday today, to which he replied, "Elmo Cake." He loved his homemade Elmo cake that my incredibly talented friend Linz and I baked and decorated together. He tried multiple times to open the fridge and and stick his fingers in before we actually made it to the party.
It was such a fun party to plan, but sort of stressful to get everything together (just being real). Next year my sister and I agreed to having a simpler party for the boys combined with 4th of July. I am not sure if I will stick to my word though because I am a sucker for cute/Pinterest-full parties. Yes, I just made up that word. Pinterest is my friend and my secret addiction and next comes taking pictures (just ask my husband, I drive him crazy). So because of those two things I may just have to throw Baby K a superhero themed birthday next year.... or pirate themed... or nautical.... just throwing out some options there. hehe
Enough of my rambling though, let's get to the pictures (Jason you will thank me for these some day!)
Just for fun, lets flash back to last year!
How did they get so big???? Waaaaaaahhhhh!!!
